Weapons & Other Special Inventory: Modified school uniform (jacket, decorative chain, assorted pins, pants, shirt, hat, shoes), wallet (cash, student ID, photos), watch, cigarettes, lighter, all of it expensive and of good quality
Color: A nice light cyan to go with anime!Star Platinum's Part 3 occasional iridescence and Part 4 color change--#9DE5F0 if the color is available, or something in that neighborhood.
Sample: on the TDM
[ OPTIONAL ] World Aspect: The dream world, as utilized by the Stand Death 13. Dreamers can exert some control over the setting if they realize they're dreaming--creating things like popcorn and ice cream, for example--but any injuries sustained within the dream and not healed will carry over into the waking world, and if someone is killed in the dream world they'll die in real life. Additionally, a character's special powers don't work in the dream world unless they were active when the dreamer fell asleep or otherwise lost consciousness, and they can't remember the dream world (beyond a vague sense of deja vu) except while they're in it, or until they beat the master of the dream world (which will be an open position in Death 13's absence). It can appear as an empty amusement park, as in canon, or any other setting per mod discretion.

Character Info
Character's Name: Jotaro Kujo
Character's Canon: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Character's Age: 17
Canon Point: About a week after the end of Stardust Crusaders
Background/History: On the JJBA wiki, disregarding light novel events
Strengths:
- Quick-witted: Well-educated and the grandson of a previous protagonist noted for his reliance on trickery, Jotaro gains the advantage in many of his fights with improvisation and creative use of an ultimately simple powerset. His schemes range in complexity from the extremely simple--using small objects as projectiles to attack enemies outside his range--to ridiculously complex--using sleight of hand to attach magnets to Dio's clothes so Dio thinks he was imagining seeing Jotaro move while time was stopped, which lures Dio into Star Platinum's range so Jotaro could attack and reveal that Dio was right the first time. He's less gifted in the department of snappy one-liners, but He Tries.
- Protective: Despite acting like an asshole sometimes, especially early on, Jotaro is keen to protect his friends, family, and anyone he thinks is being treated unfairly. At the very beginning of part 3, when he still believes himself to be possessed and therefore a danger to everyone, he insists on remaining in jail when the police try to release him, and despite constantly yelling at and generally disrespecting his mother, he shows sincere concern for her multiple times and only agrees to embark on the mission his grandfather tried to recruit him for when her life is on the line. He's also repeatedly the first to act to save the runaway girl who follows the main group for much of the first part of their journey, and does his best to appease and then protect civilians in his fight with Yellow Temperance.
- Frankly idiotic levels of determination: Faced repeatedly with seemingly unbeatable situations, Jotaro sucks it up and uses what he's got to stay in the game a little longer. Caught in a whirlpool of death? Stab the enemy with your Stand's fingers as soon as you get close enough. Dude with a demon car trying to burn you alive? Dig a hole in the ground and go from there. Evil vampire about to deliver a fatal blow if he can't be otherwise convinced you're dead? Literally stop your own heart! And so on and so on. He always finds a way to keep going, and from there it's generally only a matter of time before he and his allies find a path to victory.
Weaknesses:
- Poor communication skills: Jotaro is... really shitty at expressing himself in a healthy way, with both words and facial expressions. In the former case, the timing of his slide into delinquent behavior--including getting into fights, leaving restaurants without paying the bill, and yelling at people who annoy him including his mom--coincides enough with the period in which he first gained his Stand to suggest he was trying to drive people away to avoid hurting them, which is reinforced by the whole jail thing. Not exactly a good way to reach out for help, right? The only feeling he even admits to most of the time is being pissed off, and that's mostly to look tough. Expression-wise, he honestly thinks people can read him, even though at some point in the transition from Good Child to Delinquent Protagonist he also went from emoting like a normal person to needing an act of god to smile.
- Easily baited: Jotaro doesn't have a lot in the way of berserk buttons, but if you find one it's on a hair trigger. You know how sometimes a series will have that thing where hurting one character causes another to be injured or experience the same pain? Jotaro's the dumbass who almost accidentally kills the victim, because he's so upset he goes right after the transmitting character--in this case, his grandfather and the villain of the week respectively. He also loses his cool when Dio kills Joseph--which isn't in itself unreasonable, but it's less than ideal when you're one of two people left to defeat an incredibly powerful monster--and of course the previously mentioned bit about only going after Dio at all to save his mom's life.
- Skewed fashion priorities: Jotaro would rather take off his absurdly expensive uniform pants in front of the school doctor than have them cut to tend to a wound on his leg, but then he turns right around and wears these same pants (and no doubt similarly expensive clothes) to spend nearly two months constantly traveling and fighting off enemies. For all his tough guy attitude, when it comes to clothes he's low-key vain as shit--he even whines to himself about his uniform getting wrecked partway through his fight with Dio when he could've worn literally anything else! If he can't find some high-end fashion that fits him, he's gonna sulk and wear the clothes he arrived in until they fall apart, and that is not an exaggeration.
Powers/Abilities:
- The Joestar birthmark: Basically, it's a star-shaped birthmark on the back of Jotaro's left shoulder that creates a mystical connection between members of the Joestar bloodline.
- Through this birthmark, Jonathan's body and/or soul activated Stands in his descendants when Dio, who had taken over Jonathan's body, gained a Stand. This activation doesn't include the children Dio conceived while in control of Jonathan's body, even though they have the birthmark.
- Anyone with the birthmark can develop a sense for the location of others with the birthmark. There's no way to differentiate between individuals when sensing each other this way, or if there is it takes an unspecified amount of time to develop: Holly can tell when Jotaro and Joseph are coming back from Egypt, and in the future Jotaro will be able to tell whether his daughter is okay, but otherwise there's a lot of contextual guessing.
- Star Platinum: Jotaro's Stand. Stands are manifestations of psychic energy, typically only visible to other Stand users and vulnerable to other Stands but able to interact with objects in the real world. For the sake of fun times, Star Platinum will be visible to other player characters.
- Speed: Fast enough to grab bullets at point blank range
- Strength: Strong enough to pulverize rocks which are supposedly hard as diamond and to knock a semi off the road, completely wrecking it in the process
- Precision: Able to remove a gross mind-controlling implant from a person's brain with surgical accuracy, draw things it sees realistically enough to identify them without training, and the aforementioned bullet-catching
- Keen Eyesight: Can see clearly up to four kilometers away and pick out fine details in poorly lit photographs
- Star Finger: Can, with concentration, extend its first two fingers a couple of meters, using it to stab an opponent otherwise outside its range
- Time Stop: Stops time for the equivalent of five seconds for everyone but Jotaro
- Augmentation: Allows Jotaro use Star Platinum's strength as his own, particularly for things like jumping inhuman distances, by activating without actually emerging from Jotaro's body
- Phasing: Can ignore the presence of physical objects within range, passing through them like a ghost, or ignore certain objects while interacting with others, like grabbing a piece of jewelry from an unopened case
- Fetching: Through mechanics never explained but which are presumably related to stopping time, Star Platinum can bring Jotaro objects that would normally be well outside its range, like books and drinks
- Semi-Autonomy: Acts without direct input from Jotaro, typically in life-or-death situations but arguably also as part of its fetching trick--it's another of those things that's never really explored, like, at all
- Range: Can move up to two meters from Jotaro in any direction
Other Noteworthy Traits: Jotaro has a dumb trick where he can flip five lit cigarettes into his mouth and then keep them lit while drinking. He can also start a motorcycle by kicking it for some reason, is a big fan of sumo wrestling, and is fairly well-read on paranormal phenomena.
